Terms and Conditions¶

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ads.ponta.co platform and related services provided by Ponta Oy ("Ponta", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing, registering, or using the ads.ponta.co platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.
1. Definitions¶
- Platform: ads.ponta.co and any associated APIs, dashboards, and tools.
- User: Any individual or entity accessing or using the platform.
- Advertiser: A User that creates, manages, or pays for advertisements.
- Publisher: A User or partner site displaying ads delivered via the platform.
2. Eligibility¶
To use our services, you must be: - At least 18 years old - Capable of entering into a binding legal agreement - An authorized representative if using on behalf of a business or organization
3. Account Registration¶
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to: - Provide accurate, complete information - Keep login credentials confidential - Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
4. Use of the Platform¶
You agree not to: - Upload or promote illegal, harmful, misleading, or offensive content - Use bots, scripts, or automation to manipulate ad performance - Interfere with the integrity or performance of the platform - Reverse-engineer, duplicate, or resell any part of the service
All use must comply with applicable laws and our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
5. Payments and Billing¶
If you purchase advertising services: - All fees are payable in advance - Invoices must be paid according to stated terms - Late payments may result in service suspension - Taxes, VAT, or processing fees may apply where required
We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice.
6. Content and Intellectual Property¶
You retain ownership of any creative assets or ad content you upload.
By submitting content, you grant Ponta a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to: - Display and distribute your content via the platform - Analyze and report on its performance
All platform source code, trademarks, and infrastructure remain the property of Ponta Oy.
7. Disclaimers¶
The platform is provided “as-is” and “as-available.” We make no warranties about: - Ad performance - Uptime or uninterrupted service - Compatibility with all browsers or devices
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability¶
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ponta is not liable for: - Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages - Loss of revenue, profit, or data - Errors in third-party integrations
Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination¶
We may suspend or terminate your access if you: - Violate these Terms or the AUP - Fail to pay invoices - Act in a way that harms the platform or other users
You may terminate your account at any time by written request.
10. Modifications¶
We may update these Terms occasionally. Any significant changes will be communicated via email or the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction¶
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the District Court of Helsinki, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
